Cons
-NEPOTISM. I've worked with many unlike companies that were family unit run, merely this one was rediculous. It was near to incommunicable to motility up in Any Style, even lateral moves were sometimes equally equally difficult unless you were related or all-time buds with one of the originators family members. -Pay was not competative -Benefits were not the worst, but definintely not skilful. Merely silver lining to bad benefits were the visitor paid 50% of the monthly premiums. -If yous are a woman be prepared to be thrown under the bus and passed over at every possible opportunity. -They truly don't value talent or truthful leadership and don't even try to requite feedback or you'll get fired....literally. -The few people who are worth working with and genuinely care almost the visitor and take integrity in their work (the ones who would exist amazing leaders and take the company to a whole other level), are dumped on by the company and non valued at all. They have no voice, and are not listened to at all. -They don't care nearly their clients. They are bottom line about the money. Unfortunately the industry is limited and this company offers more than than virtually any other's and then the clients take footling to no choices to switch to, and DHI knows it and then they care for them like crap. In addition, they are quack in their dealings with clients- non all the time- but enough that information technology caused me to quit.

Current Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
Smashing culture and good people. Fiscally responsible with no mass layoffs. Opportunities to accelerate and motility upwards are good. Stop of twelvemonth bonuses have been proficient. Racquet brawl court, small work out room, massages once a week for 10 min. Wellness saving contribution.
Cons
Benefits are a chip defective in some areas. The 401k only matches 25% of contributed per paycheck and yous tin just contribute up to 5% for the match. Wellness insurance is expensive. Food and drink are "subsidized prices" but not really worth the cost. Nepotism creates unfair advantages to family unit members of the CEO. Working from abode is not effective according to the CEO.

Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits of the visitor are splendid. They pay for do, 2000 to your health savings business relationship for family plans, profit sharing plan, 401k, medical, dental, vision, Christmas bonus, yearly raises ect. They accept some very smart workers who make the coding/deployment and learning procedure easy and updated with new technologies.
Cons
I plant that their was a lot of drama between employees and direction is non very stable as they are constantly changing information technology. The pay is low compared to industry standards unless you lot accept been working their for years as although they offer yearly raises to good employees they first you low and the increment really goes to raise in living costs.

Business Outlook
Pros
Solid company that rarely instigates layoffs. Great benefits for 401k, healthcare, paid do, occasional visitor lunches and dinners, pocket-size workout gym and racquetball court.
Cons
Vacation time is acceptable, but non specially generous and does not roll over to the side by side year. Sick time does roll over.
